As our network continues to grow and evolve across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an ambitious and proactive Specialist, Store Development, Projects & Engineering (SDPE) to help bring our retail vision to life.
This is a true project delivery role with end-to-end ownership. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, navigate challenges and drive outcomes. You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership from planning through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Manager, SDPE , you'll play a critical role in delivering new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and store enhancement projects across ANZ. Working closely with landlords, contractors, designers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll help shape the future of Pandora's retail footprint while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to our world-class brand standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For
• Managing and coordinating store development projects across Australia and New Zealand
• Delivering new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and closures from planning through to completion
• Managing project timelines, budgets, procurement and construction progress
• Partnering with contractors, designers, suppliers and landlords to drive successful project outcomes
• Coordinating furniture planning, procurement activities and project documentation
• Supporting the repairs and maintenance programme across the ANZ network
• Preparing project reporting, analysis and recommendations for key stakeholders
• Ensuring all projects align with Pandora's global design standards and brand expectations
• Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes, efficiency and execution
• Building strong relationships across Leasing, Retail Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Global teams
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially minded project professional who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building relationships and driving projects through to successful completion.
You'll bring:
• 1-3 years' experience in store development, project management, retail construction, fit-outs, property or a related field
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a track record of delivering outcomes
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and build relationships across all levels
• Exceptional planning, coordination and organisational capabilities
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, timelines and project outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment
• A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Qualifications in Business, Construction, Property, Project Management or a related discipline
• Flexibility to travel across Australia and New Zealand when required
